Kat is a two-time Head of Marketing, currently leading at Solidroad. Prior to this role, she was a Product Marketing leader at Route, a unicorn-status post-purchase ecommerce company. At Route, she transformed the company's positioning, spearheaded go-to-market strategy, and guided demand generation efforts that directly contributed to successful product launches and millions in pipeline revenue. In her tenure as Marketing Leader, Route raised a $40M Series C, at $1.4B valuation.

Prior to Route, Kat led Product Marketing efforts at Alchemer, where she served as interim General Manager of the PLG business, developed end-to-end product launch strategies, and owned the competitive intelligence program, leading to an acquisition by KKR in the first deal from their $5B market fund. At Upper Hand, she led the brand and content marketing team after a stint as Creative Director.

With a passion for translating complex technical solutions into compelling messaging, Kat excels at aligning cross-functional teams to execute successful launches. Her background in creative design complements her strategic marketing expertise, allowing her to deliver cohesive marketing experiences that drive measurable business results.
